  3. Thank you for the great student app suggestions, I have forwarded this link to my daughter. She will be starting college this fall and I will be sending her with another great app. Last week she came to me and said, “Dad, I know you work at DISH. Is there any way I can get DISH in my dorm? They won’t let me have a satellite on my roof.” With a lot of companies she would be stuck getting an installation but I have a DISH Hopper DVR and a Sling Adapter. Using her DISH Remote Access app on her phone or by going to DISHOnline.com she can watch TV just like she would from her bedroom upstairs. Secretly, I saw this coming and got the Sling Adapter so that would be one less expense I would have to pay for her while she is in school.
