In most cases, the professionals find it tough to change the network path for connecting it to the Internet effectively. Therefore, if you have been using mail clients like Outlook to send mails while on the go, you are most likely to experience trouble. In such situation, the service of SMTP relay server comes up to be an ideal solution.

If you are a user of Android mobile device then, you must configure your mobile phone to the effective service of SMTP server for experiencing hassle free delivery of emails. All you need to do to send mail is open and configure an account with any of the particular service.
Here is your step-by-step guide –

1.     Open a new email account on your mobile

Go to your mail application for adding a new account. It might be required for you to provide an email address with the SMTP service registration. Pick a password for your account and click on the settings

2.     Choose the Account Type

Choose your account type from IMAP, Exchange, or POP3. If you seem not to know about the email account type then, check with the email provider. After selecting the account type, you need to enter incoming and outgoing information that you can easily receive from your email provider.

3.     Configure the Incoming Mail Server

Now, enter the port name along with your username and password and leave the boxes “use secure connection” and “verify certificate” unchecked.

4.     Configure the Outgoing Mail Server

When it comes to SMTP Server, always use the access domain for outgoing server. Type in 25 under port name; enter the username and password alongside leaving the box “use secure connection: unchecked.
After, you have entered all the information properly; your android phone will go on to test the settings of your account. If all information is found to be correct then, your email account will automatically be connected to your Android mobile device. This would allow you to  send mail  more frequently anywhere and anytime irrespective of being on a cell coverage or WiFi access.
